Phil earned a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree with a focus in taxation from Cleveland State University. His career in public accounting began at Novogradac & Company, LLP, in Cleveland. Prior to forming his practice, he also worked in the tax departments of several large, publicly-traded corporations. He is licensed as a CPA in both Ohio and Virginia and is a member of several professional organizations including the Virginia Society of CPAs and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers.
Linda has 30 years of accounting and tax experience for individuals and their businesses. Over the years, she has helped hundreds of clients navigate through the complicated tax code and establish sound back-office accounting practices that let business owners understand cash flow, balance sheets and financing needs. In addition to running her own practice and helping clients succeed in their businesses, she brings with her the knowledge of being the internal auditor, risk manager, and corporate comptroller of an NYSE traded company that required skills in SEC reporting, foreign currency translations, mergers and acquisitions, and bond financing.
Shivam completed his Masters of Accounting and Law (Civil Part) from Gujarat University. He began his career as bookkeeper with a CPA firm in 2015 and after reaching a senior level bookkeeping position, he moved into tax preparation. He joined SagaTax as a Tax Accountant in 2019. He has experience in bookkeeping, GAAP accounting and preparation of all US tax returns (individual, business, nonprofit, etc.). He is member of the Bar Council of India , which is a statutory body that regulates legal practice and legal education in India.
